Celebrate St. Paddy’s Day with a Few Local Pints

Posted: March 13, 2023
Find that Perfect, Festive Pint on the DiscoverNEPA Brewer’s Loop
A few things are synonymous with a classic St. Patrick’s Day celebration in NEPA. Of course, we’ve got parades and bagpipes. Everybody’s wearing green and flying the tricolour’. Families and friends, old and new, get together over pints and stories at a favorite local pub, or around the kitchen table. And, of course, the singularly inspirational force at many such a hooley, is beer.
No. We’re not talking about that unholy green goo you’ll occasionally find on St. Paddy’s. And no, they might not all be OG Irish stouts and red ales (though there are quite a few). But isn’t any holiday a good enough excuse for a little NEPA craft beer flex? We sure think so. Just in case you’re inclined to agree, we’ve rounded up a handful of local craft breweries slingin’ some such tasty pints. Check ‘em out. And, in no time, you’ll be arm in arm with strangers crooning “Come Out Ye Black and Tans.”
Get out there! Be safe! And show your local brewery a little love.
