An Old-Fashioned Ice Cream Parlor

Zoe’s Café & Ice Cream Emporium serves up the nostalgia in Delaware Water Gap. Located at the historic Castle Inn, Zoe’s re-creates the hotel’s original Victorian ice cream parlor from 1906.

Take a step back in time and enjoy classic scoops, sundaes, shakes, and more. Zoe’s serves throwback favorites like egg creams, malts, and banana splits, as well as modern-day treats like waffles and hot fudge brownie sundaes. They even have a vintage soda fountain.

Zoe’s serves more than just ice cream—they’re also a café. At lunchtime, try their homemade soups and fresh sandwiches. They offer brunch specials on Saturday and Sunday, including Dutch baby pancakes, breakfast sandwiches, and more.

Menu Highlights

The brunch menu features delicious morning treats like acai smoothie sundae bowls, Belgian waffles, and a “breakfast banana split” made with yogurt. For lunch, try a bowl of Millie’s Chili and a sandwich like the Emporium Club layered with turkey, ham, bacon, cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, and mayo on a multigrain flatbread.
