Located just minutes from downtown Wilkes-Barre, the course was originally designed as a nine-hole course, but was expanded in 1925 with a design from A.W. Tillinghast and features rolling fairways and small, sloping greens.

Wyoming Valley Country Club is perfectly equipped for social events for members as well as non-members. Its clubhouse offers a conference room, ballroom, The Sheridan Dining Room, The Tillinghast Grille, a patio, and two full-service bars.
