A Historic Hotel Turned Shopping Destination
Castle Inn in Delaware Water Gap is full of shops, spas, and an art gallery. Whether you’re searching for the perfect gift or just want to pamper yourself, Castle Inn is the perfect destination.
Castle Inn was originally a luxury hotel built in 1906. There are in-person guided historic tours every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at 2:00 p.m. An intro to the tour can be found here.
Today, the shops still reflect the building’s former glory. Zoe’s Ice Cream Emporium serves up sweet treats in the hotel’s original Victorian ice cream parlor. Orion’s Toyworks, located in the old bowling alley, is packed with unique toys you won’t find in the big box stores.
Other local shops include Stella’s Candy Cavalcade, Inca Marcas, and Sherri’s Bags & Baubles. Browse through vintage treasures in the three antique stores.
Castle Inn is also home to wellness centers like JS Advanced Skincare & Spa and Angels of Light Work, which specializes in reiki and healing.
The Hall at Castle Inn is located right next door. This rustic-chic event venue is a popular spot for parties and weddings.
