Come Picnic with the ‘Pacas

It’s a cuteness overload at Picnic Woods Alpacas in Lehighton. This family farm is home to a herd of 20 alpacas. These fluffy, adorable animals are originally from the Andes in South America. Now you can visit them right here in the Poconos.

Picnic Woods Alpacas offers complimentary visits where you can meet the herd and learn all about alpacas.

Picnic Woods Alpacas also has a farm store that sells alpaca yarn and items like socks, hats, scarves, and blankets.

The farm store opens on Black Friday and remains open on weekends in December from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Farm visits and additional shopping hours are available by appointment.
