Since 1968, the Plains Branch of the Osterhout Library has operated out of the Plains Township Municipal Building “on top of the hill” on North Main Street.

This branch serves as a popular gathering point for the community. They host Movie Night every Thursday which also features popcorn, games and trivia.

Library cardholders are welcome to borrow books, utilize computers and services, and they even have access to all of the amenities at the much larger Central Branch as well as all other branches.
