Ready, Set, Roll!

NEPA Junior Roller Derby is the area’s first and only roller derby league for kids ages 6-17. Established in 2020, this group lets skaters of all skill levels learn and play in a fun, safe, and supportive environment. They practice and teach classes at the Mayfield Sports Complex.

Classes are divided by age and skill level, ranging from basic, non-contact skating courses to advanced, full-contact classes. They also offer competitive leagues and travel teams.

Roller derby is an extreme sport, so NEPA Junior Roller Derby always prioritizes safety. Protective equipment is required, and all coaches and volunteers are highly trained.

NEPA Junior Roller Derby aims to empower young skaters by helping them develop self-confidence, leadership skills, healthy decision-making, athleticism, and overall fitness. They offer spring, summer, and fall sessions. Check online for their latest schedule and enrollment information.
