Long Trout Winery and Disc Golf | Far-out wines & flying discs in Auburn
Long Trout Winery and Disc Golf in Auburn offers a groovy blend of handcrafted wine, retro vibes and outdoor fun in Schuylkill County. This bohemian-themed winery is known for its laid-back atmosphere, psychedelic décor and homemade-style wines inspired by the free-spirited 1960s. Guests are welcomed with peace signs, tie-dye colors and incense as they sample unique reds, whites and fruit-forward blends—including berry and chocolate-infused varieties.
Tastings are available in the indoor wine boutique or outdoors on the scenic grounds, where visitors can relax, sip and soak up the vibes. Long Trout celebrates being different, with a setting that feels more like a time capsule than a tasting room. The winery is also pet-friendly, making it a welcoming spot for furry companions to tag along.
Disc Golf
Long Trout Winery is home to Schuylkill County’s first disc golf course—an 18-hole, par 3 course designed by Ed “Skeeter” Hoffman. Stretching 4,500 feet, the course winds through woodlands, open fields, elevation changes and even features a “barn shot” into a rare hanging basket. Registered with the Professional Disc Golf Association (PDGA), the course is free to play during winery business hours and hosts tournaments throughout the season.
Long Trout Winery and Disc Golf continues to offer a one-of-a-kind experience in Auburn with good wine, good vibes and great outdoor fun.
