Library Express is a bookworm’s paradise. Located in the Marketplace at Steamtown, this bookstore and library is a branch of the Lackawanna County Library System.

The front half of the shop is a bookstore that sells both new and used books, as well as gifts for book lovers, The Office merchandise, and more. The other half of the store is part of the Scranton Public Library where patrons can borrow and drop off books, DVDs, audiobooks, and other library materials. Public computers are also available.

Library Express also offers free public programs like story time, performances, crafts, games, open mic nights, and teen nights, just to name a few. Check their website or social media for a complete schedule.
