No need to be a student to enjoy the performing arts at Wilkes University’s Dorothy Dickson Darte Center. This cultural center is home to the university’s theatre department, which produces four plays each year.

Past performances include Our Town; You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown; Pippin, and Twelfth Night. Their variety of comedies, dramas, and musicals offer something for every taste.

The Dorothy Dickson Darte Centre also hosts concerts and dance recitals, such as Ballet Northeast’s annual production of The Nutcracker.
