Dorflinger Glass Museum | Crystal artistry & American history in the Pocono Mountains

The Dorflinger Glass Museum in White Mills offers a unique look at the fine art of American-made crystal in the Pocono Mountains. From 1852 to 1921, the Dorflinger family created beautifully cut, engraved, etched and enameled lead crystal for the nation’s elite—including several U.S. presidents. Since opening to the public in 1989, the museum has become home to the largest Dorflinger collection in the country, showcasing over 1,000 dazzling pieces.

Guests can view fine examples of 19th- and early 20th-century craftsmanship that highlight the intricate detail and superior quality that defined the Dorflinger name. The museum offers a self-guided experience in a quiet, welcoming setting. Volunteers staff both the museum and gift shop, sharing their passion for this historic art form with every guest.

After your tour, stop by the gift shop for a chance to take home a handcrafted treasure. Items available for purchase include colorful vases, delicate earrings and necklaces, handmade ornaments, decorative bowls, cake stands and more—each piece inspired by the Dorflinger tradition.
