Books are just the beginning.

The Dalton Community Library has the friendly atmosphere of a small-town library and a selection that will keep even the most avid reader busy.  As part of the Lackawanna County Library System, they offer thousands of books and hundreds of DVDs.

Stop by for their weekly programs for all ages. Every Tuesday, the children gather for story time. Kids ages 7-12 can unleash their creativity at the Kid’s Crew meetings, which feature crafts and Lego activities. Join a game of mahjong or bridge, whether you’re a beginner or an old pro.
