ButcherBobs BBQ smokes their own mouthwatering meats in Mountain Top. Their pulled pork is the star of the show. They also serve barbecue favorites like brisket, burgers, and homemade sides.

Between the indoor dining room and outdoor deck, you can enjoy the spirit of summer cookouts all year long.

In addition to their brick and mortar store, you’ll find ButcherBobs traveling across NEPA in their food truck. They also offer catering services.

Menu Highlights

Start out with appetizers like the kielbasa wrapped in a blanket of bacon. The pulled pork is a must, so order the pulled pork po’ boy sandwich, which is served on thick Texas Toast and topped with slaw. The Butcher Burger is topped with pulled pork. Dig in to dinners like the St. Louis baby back ribs and the brisket.

You can’t resist the picnic sides like potato salad, macaroni salad, coleslaw, and smoked macaroni and cheese.
