Brother Bruno’s Italian restaurant in Hazleton doesn’t mess around when it comes to their cuisine. This small, family-owned restaurant makes their pizza dough fresh daily, uses high-end, real mozzarella, and a unique sauce recipe to dish out some seriously good pizza. That same attention to detail is present in all of their meals. Whether it’s their pasta, veal and poultry specials, or seafood dishes, you know you’re getting something good.
Brother Bruno’s pizza is available in Neapolitan and Sicilian style, and there’s also a wide range of specialty pizzas to choose from, like Taco Pizza or Grand Ma.
Dishes like Chicken Francaise with wine, butter, and lemon, and Puttanesca Fettucini, served with fresh marinara, black and green olives, and capers are both well-loved favorites. The accompanying freshly-baked hot bread and butter will make these meals seem even tastier.
