Banter’s Hard Cider in Stroudsburg combines cider making traditions with creative craft brew trends. They make everything from classic apple blends to seasonal fruit ciders so there’s always something new on tap.

Cider making began as a trial-and-error process for owner Steve Brancato. After a few tries, he finally found the perfect blend that his family and friends couldn’t resist. That’s when Banter’s Hard Cider was born, and Steve transformed his hobby into a business.

The tap room at Banter’s has six ciders on draft and serves cider-based cocktails. Try Overcast, their flagship blend. It’s a cloudy, semi-sweet cider with a smooth finish. Another popular pick is Bön, a dry and crisp English-style cider that will remind you of champagne. Don’t forget to fill a growler to go.
