A Smokehouse on Wheels

B3Q Smokehouse in West Pittston is hitting the road in their Mobile Q’ue Food Truck. They’re serving up their signature Southern-style barbeque all across NEPA.

You’ll find the same slow-smoked, dry-rubbed meats you love from the restaurant, plus some street-food-inspired snacks with a BBQ flair. Add in their homemade sauces and sides, and you have a regular barbeque feast.

Menu Highlights

The brisket cheesesteak and the smoked buffalo mac and cheese put a twist on classic barbeque. The Que Burger is another favorite topped with pulled pork, pepper jack cheese, lettuce, tomato, and chipotle ketchup.
