B3Q began in 2003 when Barry experimented with backyard barbecue before opening a storefront in West Pittston in 2012. Dominick Aritz, a United States Air Force veteran, took over in 2019 and continues the tradition. The new Swoyersville location expands the concept with live music, family-friendly seating, private events and an elevated menu that pairs well with craft beer, bourbon and house cocktails.
