Gift yourself an hour of movement and breath with a vinyasa yoga flow appropriate for students of all levels, from the beginner to the experienced yogi. Together you will explore physical poses (asana) and breathwork (prana) to center and ground yourself both on and off your mat. Please bring your own yoga mat and a drink for class. Also helpful may be a yoga block and small hand towel.
