Market Day Always Draws a Crowd
Local farmers, bakers and producers set up their stalls along Village Lane on a crisp, sunny, autumn day. From fall squash and greens to fresh meats and eggs, you could have put together an entire farm-to-table feast. They even had handmade bread, baked goods and other delicious snacks.
We were in luck this weekend. Every so often, a horse-drawn buggy visits the market, taking visitors on a historic ride across the creek and down the country roads.
