Let’s Go Treasure Hunting!
We recently visited Olde Good Things, a 200,000-square-foot antiques warehouse in Scranton. They salvage furniture and decor from historic homes, hotels, churches, factories, barns and other interesting places. Chandeliers from the old Waldorf Astoria and stained glass windows from stunning cathedrals are just the beginning. It’s no wonder they’re one of the nation’s largest architectural antique dealers.
As you wander through the warehouse, you’ll find furniture, mirrors, lighting, barn wood pieces, windows, doors, mantles and more. They also sell Altered Antiques, a line of refinished pieces with a modern twist.
Olde Good Things also has three locations in New York City and one location in Los Angeles, making it go-to source for top designers. Their Scranton location serves as their national warehouse and holds the bulk of their inventory. Come visit this picker’s paradise and explore their endless selection.
