Wyoming Valley Run Announces Allied Services as Presenting Sponsor

The Wyoming Valley Run held a group run at Public Square in Wilkes-Barre, where they announced that Allied Services Integrated Health System will be the presenting sponsor of the upcoming race in September.

The Wyoming Valley Run will be a 10-mile race from Pittston to Wilkes-Barre. With the support of Allied Services, people of all abilities will be able to participate.

Special guests Mayor George Brown, Pennsylvania State Trooper Alex Douglass and Staff Sergeant Earl Granville also attended to kick off the event.

The group run gave runners a preview of the last few miles of the race course. The route went down Wyoming Avenue, crossed the Market Street Bridge, continued through downtown Wilkes-Barre’s historic district and ended at Public Square. Afterwards, there was a celebration at Rodano’s.

The Wyoming Valley Run will be on September 6, 2020. Registration opens on February 1.
