Picture This: Arthur Dworin Art Exhibition

Musicality and Color Inspire Exploration in Moving, 3-Dimensional Exhibit at Hazleton Art League

We stopped by to check out the interpretive forms in Works From the 21st Century and Before, Arthur Dworin: Dust, Dance, Light & Form Paintings, Drawings and Sculpture exhibition at the Hazleton Art League. Working with self-oxidized bronze patina, Dworin is able to create raised geometric shapes throughout the collection.

By doing a little bit of chemistry, the rich rust that’s created allows for a beautiful contrast between the vibrant colors in his oil paintings. The artist has hopes that “the spirit of these works will act as a key to awaken what is already deep within the observer”.

We just had to stop by to check out this breathtaking collection and of course, we brought the camera along to give you a sneak peek. The collection will be on display until January 29, 2023. Check it out!
