Mix It Up This Weekend with Some Snowshoeing, Live Horse Racing and All That Jazz

Head out to Tunkhannock and play a little real-life Monopoly. Support the town’s small businesses using a custom-designed game board that features property cards for 30 local businesses and restaurants.
Live Harness Racing

The horses are back at Mohegan Sun Casino in Wilkes-Barre. Stop by all weekend to watch the thrilling, live races, pick a winner and enjoy casino dining. The event includes free parking and free admission.
Scranton Reads: Destination Freedom Tour
Saturday, February 20 at 12 p.m.
Experience local ties to the Underground Railroad with an illuminating tour from the Waverly Community House. The guided, outdoor walking tour features stops throughout Waverly focusing on local residents who assisted former slaves along their journeys to freedom.
Main Street Farmers Market
Saturday, February 20 at 11 a.m.
Make your way to The Cooperage Project in Honesdale for this outdoor market featuring a wide selection of foods and produce form local farms and artisans. In the event of inclement weather, the market moves indoors with capacity restrictions.
Jazz Supper Club
Sunday, February 21 at 5 p.m.
Stop by Hawley’s famed Settlers Inn for an exquisite, seasonal prix fixe meal accompanied by live jazz from local musicians. The event features seatings at 5:30 and 8:30 pm with live entertainment scheduled from 6 – 9 pm. Reservations are suggested.
