PA 2-1-1 / Help Line Connects People and Resources Across 17 Counties

As NEPA keeps it together through these difficult times, it’s always good to know that help is close at hand. PA 2-1-1 / Help Line is a safe, easy-to-use resource for locating health and human services information throughout the region. The service is available 24/7/365. And, it’s not only for crisis or emergency situations.
The Help Line has been managed by Family Service Association of Northeastern PA since its inception nearly 50 years ago. Currently, the program serves 17 counties across NEPA. They include: Bradford, Clinton, Columbia, Lackawanna, Luzerne, Lycoming, Monroe, Montour, Northumberland, Pike, Snyder, Sullivan, Susquehanna, Tioga, Union, Wayne & Wyoming.

PA 2-1-1 / Help Line offers round-the-clock services from professionally trained caseworkers. Last year, Help Line staff connected 96,408 individuals with much needed resources. You can check in for the most up-to-date COVID-19 information, or get help with referrals to specific services. All you have to do is dial 2-1-1.
If you or someone you know needs help, reach out. PA 2-1-1 / Help Line is here for everyone. Find help with utility assistance, food banks or emergency housing. Receive counseling referrals for child abuse/neglect, mental health services, substance abuse and more. The lists of services is nearly endless. If there’s a local resource for it, Help Line will connect you to it.
