Get Your Brewery-Fresh NEPA Beer to Go

Start Stocking Up that Fridge for Warmer Weather

Add a little NEPA to your spring/summer staycations with to-go beers from local craft breweries.

As the weather begins to break toward those long sunny days of summer, it’s probably best to get a jumpstart on that list of excuses to buy more beer. We’ve got “chilly spring evenings by the firepit” beers. There’s “grillin’ hot dogs on a Saturday afternoon for no reason” beers. Of course, we can’t forget those “I give up on trying to get this mower started” beers. Oh yeah, and there’s American Craft Beer Week from 5/15 – 5/21.

And what exactly happens during American Craft Beer Week? Honestly — no clue. I guess we’re supposed to think longer and harder about craft beer. And maybe buy more craft beer. You can wear your favorite brewery t-shirt and, like, organize a parade or something. Idk… It’s your canvas, Picasso!

Regardless, whether you’re celebrating some nebulous marketing hype, washing away the shame of having the last overgrown lawn in the hood, or recovering from a 6-hour long T-Ball game, do it with a local beer in your hand.

We’ve got over 40 local, craft breweries in NEPA. And just about all of them offer bottles, cans, crowlers and growlers to go. Find a brewhouse using the DiscoverNEPA Brewer’s Loop, or just keep scrolling. We’ve rounded up a convenient list for you right here.
