Apollo Farms Ltd.’s owner, Delia Alvarez-Apollo, is a nationally recognized equestrian champion. She specializes in riding and training Hunters and Jumpers. She holds programs and classes to teach new riders and develop competitive athletes.

Apollo Farms also offers special programs to promote physical and emotional wellbeing. Yoga with Ponies encourages people of all ages and abilities to practice mindfulness in a peaceful country setting. The Iron Your Life program provides an equine-guided experience in growth, healing, and learning. The Senior Saddlers program gives people ages 55 and older the chance to interact with horses and explore the farm. In the Equine Therapy program, a licensed occupational therapist and equine therapist use horses to help clients overcome physical and emotional challenges.
