Dating back to the 1970s, the Wayne County Farmers Market is the oldest farmers’ market in the county. This weekly market in Honesdale showcases growers and producers only. You’ll find everything from the freshest seasonal vegetables, fruits, and herbs to maple products, honey, locally raised pork and chicken, eggs, mushrooms, flowers, breads, baked goods, plants, and more. The market also offers handmade items like home-crafted soaps, candles, jewelry, and much more.
The Wayne County Farmers Market is held in the parking lot next to Dave’s Super Duper Supermarket in Honesdale. It’s open every Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. from mid-May through October. The market is rain or shine.
