Take a Break from the Bustle
The Wallenpaupack Creek Trail is a 1.2-mile out-and-back path through peaceful forests and wetlands. The observation decks along the trail provide the perfect places to spot wildlife and soak in the views.
The trail begins at the PPL Environmental Learning Center. Along the way, you’ll learn about the area’s history of producing hydroelectricity. The trail even crosses over some of the massive flow lines that lead to the Wallenpaupack Dam.
The Wallenpaupack Creek Trail is a great place to take a quick hike. Bicycles are not permitted on the trail.
