Opening Doors to Creativity

The Valley Community Library in Peckville serves as a community hub offering activities and entertainment for all ages. You’re sure to find an interesting book, DVD, Blu-Ray, or CD in their massive collection. They also have plenty of computers to use, including one of the Lackawanna County Library System’s special Creation Station labs. This lab includes access to Adobe design software so you can combine your tech skills with your artistic side.

There’s always a class or event going on at the Valley Community Library. Kids love the virtual and in-person storytimes, teen book clubs, environmentally-friendly educational programs, and many other fun activities. Unleash your creative side by doing a DIY project at the Adult Craft Series or get involved by joining one of the book clubs.
