Act. Sing. Dance.

The storied stage at this Scranton landmark has featured some of the theater world’s most beloved musicals and plays for over 100 years. Today, the iconic Ritz Theater is home to the Creative and Performing Arts Academy of NEPA (CaPAA). Through CaPAA, scores of children, teens and adults attend workshops on acting, singing, dance and stagecraft.

CaPAA and the Ritz Theater host seasonal recitals, movie nights, Jr. Players and main stage productions of Broadway favorites all throughout the year. Their summer program features camps for children of all ages.

The Ritz is also available to rent for special occasions and events. The theater offers a classic and unforgettable setting for seminars, recitals, concerts, weddings and more.
