This West Nanticoke roadside restaurant has been serving up applewood smoked meats and poultry complemented with the family’s secret sauce since 1926. Back then, Ralph and Margaret Stookey used an outdoor open pit to prepare their take-out only smoked pork sandwiches. Today it’s eat-in, take-out, or ship your favorite BBQ nationwide.
Smoked pork, beef, turkey, and ham top the menu while the Stookey family’s special relish tops your sandwich.
If you have a hankerin’ for something other than a famous Stookey’s, try a smoked Kielbasa sandwich, hot dog, or a bowl of chili or soup.
