Ruth’s Chris is renowned for their steaks and chops. Try the bone-in New York strip, a hearty 19-ounce cut that was founder Ruth Fertel’s favorite. The mouthwatering ribeye is a juicy 16-ounce steak with the perfect amount of marbling.

Although they’re known for their steaks, Ruth’s Chris also serves fresh seafood entrees. Try the barbecued shrimp, which are sautéed New Orleans-style in white wine, butter, garlic, and spices. The Chilean sea bass is pan-roasted in citrus-coconut butter and served with sweet potato and pineapple hash.
