What began as a family hobby became a family passion, and has translated into the precise and perfectionist methods that now exist at Marilake.
“Wine cellar parties” of the early days led to the creation of the winery, which can produce about 1,000 cases of wine per year, and the restaurant, which sits above it, a place of relaxation and recreation. Red wines are tapped directly from barrels and customers can sample whatever wines are in-house!
