Unleash Your Inner Rock Star

Since 2016, this artistically-inspired nonprofit organization in Clarks Summit has brought the life-changing power of music to local children. Making Music Matter for Kids offers lessons for K-12 in voice, guitar, drums, bass, and piano. Their trained instructors guide kids on every step of their musical journey, from just starting out to performing live in the community through the On Tour program.

Making Music Matter for Kids is based on passion, not income. They strive to make music lessons attainable for all children.

Adult lessons are also available.

In addition to their classes, Making Music Matter for Kids hosts concerts at The Place, their state-of-the-art venue. They welcome local, regional, and  national musical acts to perform at fundraising events.
