From the drinks to the dinners, everything’s made fresh at Luna Vegan-Vegetarian Brewpub in Franklin Forks. This kombucha brewery, bar, and restaurant uses only plant-based ingredients. Everything is grown at their onsite sustainable farm or sourced from local farmers.
If you haven’t joined the kombucha craze yet, a trip to Luna will get you hooked. They make their own 100% raw kombucha, or fermented tea. Their signature farm market kombucha comes in tons of fun flavors. They also offer mead and “Boozy Booch,” which goes through extra fermentation to raise the alcohol level.
Luna serves seasonal, health-conscious dishes. Try their vegan twists on pub foods like burgers and pizzas. Live culture foods are the latest foodie trend, so be sure to try their kimchi, beet kvass, kefir, and homemade cheese.
