You can’t resist stopping when you see Junior’s Ice Cream, an ice cream truck that sets up shop in the Greater Wilkes-Barre and Back Mountain areas. When you go up to the window, you’ll be greeted by Reagan, the young entrepreneur behind the business. He started serving sweet treats from his vintage truck when he was just thirteen.

Junior’s Ice Cream started when Reagan and his dad found an ice cream truck from 1975. They restored it and hit the road.

Junior’s Ice Cream usually has about 10 flavors, as well as specialty sundaes. The cold brew float is a customer favorite. It blends ice cream, coffee, and hazelnut or mocha flavor for a refreshing treat.
