Grain to Glass Spirits

Insurrection Distillery in Lehighton is a micro distillery that specializes in single-batch spirits. They make their own bourbon, vodka, rum, moonshine, and rye whiskey. Come in for a tasting or try their specialty drinks. They also serve Pennsylvania craft beers and wine.

Between the historic venue and the cool, industrial vibe, Insurrection Distillery is an awesome place to gather with friends. They often host events like live music and food truck days. In the winter, they open their “indoor food truck,” which serves gourmet food from Through the Looking Glass in Jim Thorpe.
