They specialize in cold beer, comfort food and college football. Natural wood tones and stone create a welcoming, rugged interior. A massive horseshoe bar with that famed Nittany Lion at its center contributes to the feeling that this is the perfect place to be on game day.

Happy Valley’s menu features all the old favorites like burgers, subs, wings and a host of incredible appetizers. An expansive dining area offers seating away from the bar, but never too far from the action.

Menu Highlights

There’s no better way to begin than with a giant soft pretzel and a cold beer. From there, you have to try the Jumbo Wings in one of the signature house sauces. The Bourbon sauce is always a crowd pleaser.

For your main course, you can build your own juicy burger, or go for a tried and true classic sub like the famous Coach Franklin. It features a pile of tender rib-eye steak, layered with hot cherry peppers, crispy onions, extra sharp cheese and bourbon sauce.
