Exercise Your Mind and Body

The Friedman Jewish Community Center invites people of all backgrounds to learn, grow, and play at their facility in Kingston. The entire family can join the fun with a variety of classes and programs.

The Friedman Jewish Community Center is home to a fitness facility complete with a gym and courts for basketball, squash, volleyball, and pickleball. The youth sports groups keep the kids active, while the exercise programs are a great option for the adults.

Brain power is just as important as physical strength. That’s why the center offers the Illumination Early Learning Center, which prepares children to succeed in school.

Adults and senior citizens can join in with educational and cultural programs like concerts, lecture series, weaving classes, and clubs. The center also offers congregate meals for people ages 60 and older.

The Friedman Jewish Community Center also runs the JCC Day Camp near Dallas.
