The Florence Shelly Preserve in Thompson, Susquehanna County features forests, wetlands, and plenty of wildlife, including birds and carnivorous plants.
Hike the trails year-round or attend a guided walk from May through October.
While on the trails be sure to lookout for playful otters, elusive hummingbirds and great-horned owls. And don’t forget your camera. The Florence Shelly Preserve is an incredible natural space to capture in photos.
