Visiting the annual Edwardsville Pierogi Festival is a must for fans of the dumpling. The two day weekend event hosts live entertainment, a parade, and a wide assortment of food vendors. The pierogi reigns supreme however, as the best pierogi recipe is spotlighted in pierogi cook-off competition.
