Let the Sun Set on Cancer

Join the campaign to end cancer by supporting Duryea at Dusk. Every June, this nonprofit organization holds a 5K run, 1-mile walk and community festival to benefit Northeast Regional Cancer Institute in Scranton. The festival began in 2017 and has raised thousands of dollars for cancer treatment and research.

The event always steps off at twilight as a reminder to “let the sun set on cancer.” After the race and walk, the entire community is invited to Duryea Community Park for a family friendly festival with vendors, raffles, music, food, and more. Come join the fun and help put an end to cancer one step at a time.
