Don’t be afraid to challenge yourself! CrossFit Anthracite’s programs are truly for everyone. The coaches can help modify all movements and workouts to meet your needs. All ages, abilities, and skill levels are welcome. The kids can even join the fun with the CrossFit Kids program for ages 9-13.

CrossFit Anthracite is also home to Resilient Athlete, a physical therapy and strength and conditioning practice run by Dr. William Cavanaugh. Every session is highly personalized with one-on-one time and individualized exercise programs to get you back to doing what you love. Resilient Athlete also offers sports performance training and personal training that’s tailored to you and your goals.
