Since 2009, Ricketts Cidery in Benton has been making their own local hard ciders. This family-run business uses crisp, local apples and ages their ciders in whiskey barrels for a unique, authentic taste. Their ciders range from dry and tart to semi-sweet to creative fruit flavors.

Located just 10 minutes from Ricketts Glen State Park, this family and dog friendly cidery is definitely worth a stop. Their tasting room is located in a stunning nineteenth-century barn. Come see for yourself why it was named the 2019 Tasting Room of the Year by PA Cider Fest.

You can get your cider to go or kick back and enjoy a glass in-house. The bar serves their own hard ciders and cider slushies, as well as My Sister’s Kombucha on tap and local craft beer from Berwick Brewing Company.
