Cindy’s Catering, a food truck based in Meshoppen, can be enjoyed on the go, in your home, or at your special event. The menu consists of comfort foods “just like mom used to make.”  Choices range from hot sausage and peppers and cream of broccoli soup to apple crisp and blueberry pie. Cindy’s even accepts holiday orders for Thanksgiving pies and Christmas cookies. With such a wide variety, Cindy’s Catering has something for everyone.

Menu Highlights

The packed taco salad, served in a hard shell tortilla bowl filled with the classics and topped with heaps of cheese, salsa, and sour cream makes for a perfect, hearty dinner. You can also find warm and cold desserts. Try Cindy’s classic blackberry pie or a creamy blackberry sundae.
