Fresh, Local Produce in the Pioneer City
Stock up your kitchen with farm-fresh fruits and vegetables from the Carbondale Farmers Market. This local market is held every Thursday year-round. The market is outdoors during the warmer months and indoors during the winter.
Local farmers and artisans offer delicious produce, homemade goodies, and handmade items. The market also hosts free, weekly children’s activities and visiting organizations.
The Carbondale Farmers Market is an initiative of the United Neighborhood Centers of Northeastern Pennsylvania, the same nonprofit organization that runs the South Side Farmers Market in Scranton. They hope to make fresh, local food accessible and affordable for people throughout the area. The market accepts SNAP/EBT. Visit the United Neighborhood Centers table for more information.
