The perfect place to take in the beauty of NEPA.

Stand at the summit of Camelback Mountain, and you’ll see rolling mountains stretching toward the horizon. At Big Pocono State Park, the famous scenic drive showcases these awe-inspiring views. At some vistas, visitors can even see as far as New York and New Jersey.

Hike, bike, or ride horseback on many trails. Experienced hikers can descend Camelback’s rocky slopes on the North and South Trails. Easier treks include the upper loop of the South Trail and the lower loop of the North Trail. The Indian Trail winds along the cliffs and scenic overlooks. If you work up an appetite from exploring the trails, you can enjoy lunch at one of the mountaintop picnic areas, where charcoal grills are available on site.

Big Pocono State Park is the perfect place to take in the beauty of NEPA. The park is open from spring to December, and it is only a short drive from other resorts and attractions in the Poconos.
