Penn State Scranton offers 13 bachelor’s degrees and four associate degrees, along with the first two years of over 275 Penn State degrees.

Located in Dunmore, PA, just off Interstate 81, the campus serves a five-county area that includes Lackawanna, Pike, Susquehanna, Wayne and Wyoming counties, as well as parts of Luzerne and Monroe counties.

We take pride in delivering courses and programs developed with input from civic leaders and business executives representing both large and small businesses in our service area.

As a result, we are uniquely positioned to provide educational solutions that are closely aligned with regional workforce and economic development needs.

Penn State Scranton serves traditional and non-traditional students of all backgrounds, many of whom have deep roots in Northeastern Pennsylvania. Some are admitted to Penn State Scranton directly from high school, take classes on a full-time basis, and are active in student clubs and organizations. Others are working adults with family responsibilities who take classes part-time while juggling a full schedule.
