Since 2003, Wilkes-Barre’s Gaslight Theatre Company has thrilled local audiences with their productions of classical and under-produced plays. This nonprofit theatre company brings everything from Shakespeare to contemporary works to venues across the Greater Wilkes-Barre area.

Gaslight also opens opportunities for regional playwrights with their one-act Playroom series. Since their founding, they have brought over 50 original works to the stage.
