The Animal Resource Center (ARC) of Millville, PA, is a no-kill, non-profit 501(c)(3) organization whose purpose is to provide temporary shelter for homeless, abused, and neglected domestic animals; educate the public on the welfare and care of cats and dogs; and act as advocates for animal rights.
The Animal Resource Center in Millville is a no-kill shelter that provides a safe haven for homeless, abused and neglected domestic animals. They protect and care for the animals until they find their forever homes.
The center’s facilities and 20-acre property provide plenty of room for the animals to live and roam. They have private kennels, play yards and outdoor runs for the dogs. Cats live in designated areas based on age, including the Kitten Kottage, juvenile room and the adult cat building with a screened-in porch. Visits are by appointment only.
The Animal Resource Center also educates the public about responsible pet ownership and advocates for animal rights. They actively encourage the spaying and neutering of pets.
